Project Management
The StratiCall Client Services Group is based in the United
States. This arrangement allows dedicated U.S. based Project
Managers to act as a central point of contact between our clients
and the internal StratiCall operations team, thus making operations
more reliable and efficient.
The Project Manager is assigned once a company has decided to
use the StratiCall services. S/he will be responsible for collaborating
with the client to design a program based on the specifications
and goals provided by the client. The StratiCall Project Manager
will also develop the script and the Frequently Asked Questions
(FAQs) to be used by the agents.
The Project Manager will likewise work with the client's designated
representative to design the report formats and develop and
implement the project-specific training.
As your personal call center liaison, the Project Manager will
monitor your program throughout the entire process, once it
is up and running. The service shall include quality check and
analysis of calls and data, monitoring of agents, delivery of
reports and facilitation of meetings to discuss the program
success.
